GymPanel is built on a fundamental principle: Your gym data belongs strictly to you. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share member contact details, phone numbers, or attendance records with third-party advertisers or marketing networks.
1. Information We Collect
When you register a gym workspace on GymPanel, we collect the necessary information required to operate your gym management system:
- Gym Profile & Owner Details: Gym name, contact person, email address, verified phone number, GSTIN (if applicable), and facility logo.
- Member Information: Member names, contact phone numbers, chosen membership plans, start and expiry dates, profile photos, and payment ledgers.
- Biometric Check-In Logs: Timestamped entry logs generated by connected access-control devices. Note: raw biometric fingerprint templates remain securely encoded on local device hardware.
2. How We Use Information
Collected data is utilized solely for legitimate software operations:
- Processing member registrations, renewals, and invoice generation.
- Transmitting automated transactional WhatsApp notifications (renewal reminders, welcome credentials, receipts).
- Synchronizing access validity with connected biometric gates and turnstiles.
- Providing daily revenue analytics and tax export reports for gym owners.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data transmitted between your browser, mobile devices, biometric machines, and our cloud servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. Database backups are continuously replicated and stored with strict multi-factor authentication controls.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Gym owners have the right to export full member ledgers and request complete deletion of their gym workspace database upon subscription termination by contacting privacy@gympanel.in.
