1. Software Subscriptions Cancellation
GymPanel operates on flexible quarterly and annual billing cycles. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Owner Settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewals will be charged.
2. 14-Day Software Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are a new gym customer and find that GymPanel does not meet your operational requirements, you may request a full refund of your initial software subscription fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date by emailing billing@gympanel.in.
3. Biometric Hardware Devices & Warranties
All biometric terminals (ESSL, Timmy, ZKTeco), magnetic locks, and turnstiles purchased through GymPanel come with a one (1) year manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. If a hardware device arrives damaged or is found defective upon initial setup, we provide an immediate direct replacement at zero shipping cost.
Hardware returns for non-defective reasons must be initiated within 7 days of delivery with all original packaging and accessories intact.
4. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days following confirmation.
