Early Access Program — Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the promotional "Launching Early Access" offer for the first three (3) verified gyms joining GymPanel.
1. Tiered Lifetime Discounts for First 3 Gyms
Promotional discounts are strictly allotted on a first-come, first-served basis to the first three verified gyms:
- 1st Gym: 50% Lifetime Discount
- 2nd Gym: 30% Lifetime Discount
- 3rd Gym: 20% Lifetime Discount
2. Discount Applicable on Quarterly Plans Only
The lifetime discount is strictly applicable to Quarterly billing subscriptions for these three gyms.
3. Continuous Subscription & Discount Continuity
The promotional discount remains locked for the active lifetime of your subscription. Pausing or canceling the subscription will result in the immediate and permanent discontinuation of the discount. Any future reactivations will be billed at regular, non-discounted standard rates.
4. 30-Day Biometric Device Trial (1st Gym Only)
Only the first (1st) gym is entitled to test and try the biometric attendance device for a full thirty (30) day trial period.
5. ESSL Hardware, On-Site Installation & Hands-On Training
We provide exclusively an ESSL biometric device for the first gym. The GymPanel team will personally install, mount, connect, and configure everything on-site, accompanied by thorough in-person staff and owner training prior to system rollout.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the GymPanel website, software, member portal, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.
2. Data Privacy & Member Information
GymPanel treats all gym data, member records, contact phone numbers, payment histories, and attendance logs with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your gym's customer data to third-party marketing companies. All data transmissions are protected via industry-standard TLS encryption.
3. WhatsApp Messaging & Anti-Spam Compliance
Gyms using the GymPanel automated WhatsApp integration agree to transmit messages solely for legitimate operational communications (e.g. renewal reminders, payment receipts, attendance notifications, welcome onboarding). Unsolicited mass spam broadcasts violating Meta Business policies are strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription Billing, Upgrades & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a quarterly or yearly basis according to the selected plan. You may upgrade or modify your plan tier at any time. Accounts may be cancelled prior to the next renewal billing cycle with full export of your member records.
